Leveling the playing field for students through scholarship and mentorship
Support our mission, change a young man's life.

We empower young Black men with proactive support and access to vital resources that foster their success and help them realize their full potential. As part of a comprehensive four-year program, our Scholars receive academic scholarships, leadership development, one-on-one mentorship, summer internship support, and professional development coaching.
The Future Leaders Foundation (FLF) is committed to creating equitable opportunities for these students, many of whom face financial barriers and a lack of professional, emotional, and social support—key factors in achieving success in college and beyond. Through FLF, they gain access to a network of accomplished Black professionals who provide guidance, mentorship, and career support throughout their academic journey and well into their professional lives.
Supporting Young Black Men

Our programs are created by Black men, for Black men, and are designed to address the unique needs of our Scholars. The impact of our work is profound, shaping the lives of participants and setting them on a path to long-term success.
Through financial and emotional support, the Foundation not only helps these young men transition from high school to college, but also ensures they stay on track to earn their degrees, gain professional experience, and secure meaningful employment after graduation. By achieving their academic goals and leveraging the social capital provided by our program, our Scholars significantly expand their opportunities for a better future—for themselves and their families.
Our Focus
Our Focus Areas

Mental Health Awareness
We believe supporting the mental health of our young men is essential for their overall well being, productivity and resilience. We work to create environments that promote emotional stability and also offer support for those experiencing challenges. We encourage open communication, self care, regular physical activity and healthy social interactions to foster strong mental health foundations.

Financial Literacy
Financial literacy is key to empowering our young men to make informed decisions about their personal finances, leading to financial stability, economic equity and independence. We provide experience and education on budgeting, saving, investing and managing debt. Our goal is to equip the young men with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate financial systems and develop as well as achieve their long term financial plans.

Technology
Technology education is vital to preparing our young men to thrive in this increasingly digital world. As technology continues to transform business and everyday life we work to equip the young men with the knowledge and skills to understand, utilize and innovate with technology in order to support their personal and professional growth.
